You can still set up your UPI PIN using other simple methods even if you don't have a debit card. A lot of banks allow Aadhaar-based verification, in which you set your PIN with an OTP sent to your registered mobile number. If your account supports it, some UPI apps also allow you to create a PIN through net banking. If none of these options work, you can manually activate UPI by going to your bank branch. Even if you don't have a debit card, these simple alternatives will make it easy for you to make digital payments.
